Shipping and Pick Up

Free local pick-up is available for those in the Kingston area. Choose the Pick Up option at checkout. We will prepare your order in 2-4 days. Please wait for a confirmation email letting you know that your order ready for pick-up. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and type of products. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 within Canada. Some restrictions may apply. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, it is your responsibility to use this tracking number to track your order. We are not responsible for an order once it has been shipped. Refunds are not permitted once an order has been completed and shipped.
